Practicing Mindfulness while you Garden

In recent years, mindfulness has become more and more popular. It has been proven to be very helpful in various aspects of life, such as mental health and relationships.
Mindfulness gardening is a type of mindfulness that focuses on the act of gardening.
There are many ways to practice this type of mindfulness: for example, one can focus on the process of planting a seed and watering it, or one can focus on the smell and feel of the dirt when they are digging in their garden.
Mindfulness is a state of consciousness in which we are fully aware of the present moment without any distractions from thoughts about the past or future.
The best way to practice mindfulness is to do gardening. The act of garden work, like weeding, watering plants, and harvesting vegetables can help us to focus on the here and now.

Best time of the day to Garden
If you are a gardening enthusiast, then you might have wondered what is the best time of day to do gardening. There are many different opinions on this topic, but there is no single answer to this question.
The best time of day to do gardening depends on the type of plants that you want to grow and the climate in your area.
For example, if you want to grow plants that enjoy cooler weather, then it would be better for you to wait until the evening before starting your garden so that they can get a good night's rest and wake up refreshed in the morning.
On the other hand, if you want plants that thrive in warmer weather, then it would be better for you to start your garden early in the morning before it gets too hot outside.

Hope you enjoyed this short BLOG Mindfulness and Gardening
On a personal note, I recently moved out to the Country from the City and didn't have much time to garden. However, when I did have the time I really enjoyed it and always looked forward to a day off to spend time in the garden.
Now Semi-Retired I have more time to commit to gardening- this year I have enjoyed starting from scratch as the new property we purchased up North didn't have any previous gardens laid out from previous years.
I'm sharing just a few pictures of what my garden looks like so far. Enjoy :)
